A wisecracking, loose-cannon cop`s freewheeling ways earn him the assignment from Hell--an undercover stint at a high school which doubles as a pipeline for weapons. Much to his surprise, however, he goes from geek to campus big man, amidst much campus mayhem. A crossover role for the likable Chow, who makes the transition from shoot-`em-ups to comedies smoothly.
