The local indigenous population is being exploited by corrupt foreigners who are illegally mining uranium. Anyone that tries to escape the compound has their relatives totured, raped and/or killed. When Carlos Bull, a federal agent happens to find out what the evil foreigners are up to, he makes it his mission to save the locals and put an end to the reign of terror.
