Nacho (Gustavo Salmeron) is a young painter who has been missing for four years. His paintings were done in the style of El Bosco and all revolved around the same theme--Death. The discovery of a clue has prompted his case to be reopened, with all witnesses called in to testify again. Six of Nacho's friends suddenly become terrified that their secret will be discovered--that they were there four years ago when Nacho died. They must return to the scene of the crime--an old house--and that is when someone begins killing them one by one.
