Narendra

The lives of a group of female Tokyo teens are fully explored in this emotional feature from director Hideaki Anno. Outwardly the girls appear to be normal teenagers, obsessing over clothes and boys. However, when night falls the girls lives transform completely as they offer themselves to older men via phone booths and street corners. With no family life to speak of, and a school system that doesn't interest them, the girls feed their daytime passions with the money they make on the streets at nighttime.
